Happy International Women's Day!

Celebrate International Women's Day with Esperance & Co by wearing purple on Tuesday 8th March. 

The theme for International Women's Day 2022 is #BreakTheBias. Gender bias exists, and it poses significant obstacles for women to progress. We can work together to break the bias, by calling out discrimination and stereotyping when we see it. Together, we can pave the way for future women, so they will not have to experience bias in the way it exists today. 

At Esperance & Co, we envision a world free of gender bias. A gender-equal world that is inclusive and diverse. A world where we are all treated the same way - at home, in schools and in the workplace. 

Today, let's challenge bias. Let's identify where it exists and put together a game plan for how to remove it. Let's ask women affected by bias about their stories. Let's give women of colour a louder voice.
