“CHANGE OF MIND”
Esperance & Co offer an exchange only and store credit policy on change of mind returns. This includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong colour. Please complete our Returns Form and post together with the item. We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:
✔ Return within 30 days
✔ Return with proof of purchase
✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
Esperance & Co reserves the right to decline to exchange if these guidelines are not met. Returns Shipping for change of mind is at the purchaser’s expense.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
Faulty Product Returns
If an item is faulty, we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.
If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above, your order may be sent back to you.
