Favourite Things To Do in Manly!

At Esperance & Co, we are blessed to be based on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. We spend a lot of time at Manly, enjoying all of the things this gorgeous part of the world has to offer. 

Here's a list of some of our favourite things to do at Manly Beach!

Grabbing a coffee? 
Manly is abundant with fantastic cafes, but some of our favourites are: 

• Fika Swedish Bakery - can also highly recommend the cinnamon buns!
• The Boathouse at Shelly Beach - enjoy a dip at Shelly followed by coffee!
• Silo - they have three locations at Manly, and do the chocolate flakes on cappucinos!
• Girdlers Manly - also a fabulous spot for brunch!

Something to eat?
Manly is wonderful for dining, featuring many fantastic restaurants across a number of different cuisines:

• Chica Bonita - fabulous Mexican food in a cosy and chic space
• Hugos Manly - great food and snazzy cocktails on the iconic Manly Wharf
• Normas Deli - freshly baked bread, gourmet sandwiches and deli delights!
• Rollers Bakehouse - mouth-watering croissants and pastries!

Fancy a drink?
Whether you're a beer drinker, a cocktail lover or just fancy a tipple overlooking the water, Manly has a drinking spot for you!

• Felons Manly - the old Wharf Bar, Felons Manly is a fabulous spot for a drink overlooking Manly Wharf. They also have a run club every Wednesday night!
• Manly Pavilion - overlooking beautiful Manly Harbour, Manly Pavilion is an iconic spot. Also a wonderful event space if you've got something special coming up!
• The Cumberland - a gorgeous 1920s style speakeasy bar, enjoy a glass of wine, cocktail, whisky or craft beer at this cosy spot! Can also recommend the cheese platters or charcuterie!
• Hotel Steyne - did someone say rooftop bar?

Feeling active?
Manly is a fantastic spot to get the blood pumping! 

• Run the 5km loop from Queenscliff Surf Club to Shelly Beach and back!
• Challenge yourself by swimming from Manly Surf Club to Shelly and back with the Bold and the Beautiful
• Enjoy a hit of volleyball at Manly Beach with some friends!
  
• Spit to Manly Walk - Sydney's best harbour views along this 10km track!
